(Council Meeting Change)
The next regular Council Meeting has been rescheduled for October 23rd, 1979 (Tuesday).
It will start at 9: a.m. at the Tribal Complex Council Chambers.
HEAR YE —HEAR YE!!!
Starting with this issue of your tribal newsletter, the newly proposed Constitution changes will be published word for word in three installments (Oct. 15, Nov. 1, and Nov. 15).
Copies of the proposed Constitution are available at the Tribal Complex for tribal members who are registered to vote in the Dec. 15th election.
NOTICE
Tribal members with HUD housing complaints are being requested to contact Tribal Environmental Health Technicians Agnes Caye or Barbara Durgeloh • if they want to have written complaints documented.
It has also been requested that all reasonable complaints be kept short and to the point.
For further information please call the Flathead Tribal Health Dept. in St. Ignatius • 745-2061.
(HUD housing concerns will be presented to the Tribal Council on November 2nd - and is scheduled on the agenda for 1: p.m.)

Dedication and open house
The students, staff and School Board of the Chemawa Indian High School in Salem, Oregon, cordially invite you to attend dedication ceremonies and an open house on Friday, November 9, 1979. The dedication will be at 10 a.m. in the gym, with the open house running from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Date Change
(From Oct. 25 to Nov. 6th)
The Fish and Wildlife Workshop that was scheduled for October 25th at the St. Ignatius Community Center • has been changed to Nov. 6th. Same place and time.
The Tribal Loan Committee will meet with the public each week on Tuesdays, during regular business hours, at the Tribal Complex.
Fridays will be field days for the Committee.

Einest "Rawhide" Sorrell is the first Council candidate signing up from the St. Ignatius District, according to Tribal Secretary Fred Houle, Jr.
