Everyone is urged to join in supporting the Tribes as they commemorate the signing of the Hellgate Treaty of 1855 at the Celebration of Treaty Rights, July 16, at the University of Montana's Oval.
The celebration is actually made up in two phases that will draw attention to the rights of the Tribes as stated in the historical treaty.

A CELEBRATION
OF x TREATY RIGHTS
This historic gathering, commemorating the Hellgate Treaty of1855, is the first in a series of national events that
will focus on the reaffirmation of Tribal treaty rights. Free food, refreshments, and traditional Tribal ceremonies will make for a memorable evening for everyone.
