Montana Air Quality and Wildfire Smoke Updates
20 September 2012 by Kimberly SwansonThe air quality in Missoula is “unhealthy” again this morning. Health officials advise us to limit outdoor exercise. Children, the elderly, and those with respiratory or heart disease in particular should limit outdoor activities. Check the hourly status of our city’s air quality at the Montana Department of Environmental Quality site Today’s Air.
For daily wildfire smoke reports and forecasts, see the Environmental Quality site for Wildfire Smoke Updates.

Thank you so much for the updates on air conditions. I have asthma and I literally can’t breath when there are certain fire conditions, without medication. So, I already know this, but the confirmation helps. Great job and thank you again.
Sincerely,
Catherine Rose
